The Waxins moved from Sweden to America over a decade ago and as they settled themselves in and the years passed, the family felt that there was something missing in their life. After careful thought and consideration they decided that it was time for America to enjoy the full Swedish experience when it comes to food and design. Their vision was to create a second home for themselves and all of our guests. They have strived and succeeded in making Waxin’s a go to spot for authentic Swedish and American food and craft cocktails in a beautiful atmosphere.

Chef´s room - In this room we strive to create a more intimate feeling, where the focus is on wine and food pairing. This room is a perfect option when you want to host private functions, as it is easily closed off from the more casual “living room” at our restaurant. The Bar – As a cocktail forward bar, we take great pride in our cocktail menu that is inspired from trips around the world. Along with the finest mixologists in the area, we welcome you to join us in tasting anything from classic cocktails to unique Scandinavian creations. (P.S, a hot shot a day, keeps the doctor away)

Living Room – The Living Room at Waxin ́s is designed to be your home away from home. It has an upscale blend of high-tops, regular seating and standing cocktail tables, all of which have a nice view of the bar and access to a TV with live sports. It is the perfect mix of restaurant and home.

Stockholm Room – Our Stockholm room, which comfortably fits sixteen people, is perfect for your work function, private sports viewing, or anything in between. This room has a big screen TV you can plug into for your work presentation, sports game, or even live football draft. Anything you desire we can accommodate. (Available at Waxin ́s Jupiter only).

The Garden – The Garden terrace is surrounded by beautiful Florida palm trees, a large lit fountain and our brand new outside bar. Here you relax and enjoy the wonderful outdoors in a relaxed setting. Our Garden is capable of hosting private functions for up to sixty guests at a time.

The cooking philosophy at Waxin´s is simple; the ingredients are guiding the way. The ingredients are handpicked locally and others are imported from Sweden and Scandinavia. 

The team in the kitchen is supported by some of Sweden’s and the World’s best chefs alongside our kitchen team. Waxin´s will have one of Florida’s premier kitchen and menus. Waxin´s kitchen is built by the best and the design and interior is the finest in the area. Waxin´s kitchen is going to adopt a zero-waste policy and will be harvesting everything that’s possible out of each product. The menu will consist of classic dishes from Sweden and the US.
